Pay as you go is billed by the minute, by compartment size: 3 cents a minute for small, 3.5 for medium, 4 for large. After 150 minutes the day rate for that size applies instead — EUR 4.50, EUR 5.25 or EUR 6.00 — and nothing beyond it is charged. There is no unlock fee, no commitment and no subscription required.
Two further options are planned. Keeper Pass is a monthly membership: EUR 5 a month to start, then EUR 2 per storage day. That is an introductory price. Keeper Credit is a prepaid balance at a 20 percent discount, topping up from EUR 10, drawn down by the same per-minute billing across as many sessions as you like.
Keeper will deploy on private property: hotels, shopping centres, venues, festivals, trade fairs and tourist destinations, plus selected transit properties. Locations will appear in the app as they go live.
Luggage is the starting point. The same installed lockers are designed to serve other short-stay storage occasions over time, without building a second network.

Instead of leaving your bag with a shopkeeper or paying for a fixed block of hours at a station, you find a Keeper locker, unlock it from your phone, and pay for the time you actually used. Luggage is where we start — the same lockers are designed to serve other short-stay storage needs later, without building a second network.
You pick a compartment size and pay by the minute: 3c a minute for small, 3.5c for medium, 4c for large. After 150 minutes — two and a half hours — the meter stops and the day rate for that size applies instead: €4.50, €5.25 or €6. The two meet exactly, so nothing jumps at the boundary and there is never a reason to rush back for your bag. No unlock fee, no commitment, no subscription required.
Nothing more is charged beyond the day rate for your size. 150 minutes of per-minute billing costs exactly the same as the day rate — €4.50 small, €5.25 medium, €6 large — so at that point the price simply stops moving for the rest of the day. A short stop costs a short stop's worth; a whole day has a price you can know before you start.

It is a balance, not a fixed-duration pass, so there is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.
Through the Keeper app: you'll find a location, reserve a compartment, and unlock it from your phone — no keys, no coins, no counter to queue at. To be straight with you, none of this is live yet. No locker is installed and nothing is bookable — we are building the first units now, and the reference design holds 21 compartments and arrives network-ready, so a location needs no trenching or new cabling to host one.

Lockers are steel, individually locked, and openable only from the session that reserved them. Every locker is network-connected, so access events are recorded. We deliberately do not make claims about insurance cover, guaranteed response times or staff dispatch on this page — when those details are finalised, they will be stated precisely rather than implied.
Yes — that is how the network grows. Keeper collects the storage revenue and the location receives a 20% share of what is generated on site, plus visibility into it through the Partner Dashboard, which costs €99 per month per location. The service gives your visitors somewhere to put their bags and a reason to stay longer. Get in touch and we will look at whether your space fits.
